PAIN!

but the injury did get better.he kept pressing the injured part and i was like gritting my teeth and my arms grabbing on the bed legs.lol

needle part was quite ok.except when he used the suction thingy to suck out the blood.it did feel alittle uncomfortable.

oh well.can't skate for a week. =(
and got to eat horrible chinese medicine for 3 days.2 packets a day.
charles went to see too!for his wrist.he has to take 7 tablets 3 times a day.

so thats 7 X 3 = 21 tablets a day.lol

hip hurt like hell after i fell on my first slide.

think i strained my injury alittle today.
walk also can't walk properly.

the skate's a little stiff but i am trying my best to get used to it.
large bruise on my hip cause i keep falling there.TT
hard to even walk properly.

now can't slide to hiong already.need to tone down slacken alittle.but i will be training hard once my injury is ok!
no point i train now injured and fall and still be injured later down the road.

oh and i just got back from "training".friday is play day!
mini competitions!!

team battle,team relay and a run-spin around slipper 15 times-run back game were played.lol
i only took part in the team battle, which i fell on one slide(lol) and the team relay.scary man.

woke up late.used computer,dl-ed songs for awhile.then went out to go punggol event.
went to shop first, hitched a ride from martin.

thennn, we were supposed to load stuff into his car and vivian's car.then apparently we(me and brent) had forgotten to place a blue box containing several documents,flyers whatsoever into either of the cars. so went to the event for NOTHING. and the reason, i forgot to put the bloody box into the car.it like totally slipped off my mind. i don't know why but it just didn't occur to me that the box wasn't placed in either of the cars.

so reached the event, called back to the shop to check it the box was still outside the shop, but it wasn't!
who who take a box with just papers inside!ZOMG.
hais.i really don't know what else to say.

to vivian: i am really REALLY sorry. i dun think anything i do can make up for screwing up that event.but i am sorry.thats all i can say.sorry.

last night stayed over at nigel's chalet.didn't relli do much there as when i got there it was already like 3am.LOL

watched ernest play CS, ting fei play dota and jerome dota-ing as well.then dozed off on the bed.at around 5 got woken up and thrown out of the room.lol.
no hard feelings!:D

then went downstairs, slept on the mat.lucky they let me off if not tio rape.lol
poor ting fei had to drink alcohol.but, abit nia.he also drank b4.so nvm i guess.:D
slept till about 10.15am

then went off.the rest of the people were sleeping sooo soundly in the room with COOLLLDD AIR CON.

went to ting fei's house, and waited for him to get ready.went to get his new phone and went back to my house first.i showered and then went off to marine terrace to watch the shooting of the show.

oh and about the show.its called, "HOW TO"
our section is about inline skating.
the group is from adrenaline.sg i think.
dunno when it will be up.but i think it will be in their website,mio tv,starsports and tv mobile.
will update if i know anything else.heh.

after that it freaking rained.waited for awhile, then went to ecp.ate at burger king and after that, SLIDE!
