Christmas eve!
was spent at jason's place!

went over to his house at ard 1.30 to start preparing the food for the night. I was in charge of making the salad! so reached the house, then started to chop the carrots, wash the veggies.etc.

at around 4 + the rest of the other young ppl reached and started to prepare their food stuffs!
7pm was the arrival of the parents! hoho

this year the young people were in charge of the food and drinks while the parents were in charge of the games! Everyone had so much fun!

some of the games required us to split into 2 groups. Guess what the 2 group names were?
makers and offspring! LOL

so ya that was it was christmas eve!

christmas day! :D

woke up rather late then went over to parkway to get yingying's present
rushed back home changed and left for somerset! :D

luckily everyone was late.hoho
met up with shi ying and went to check for movie timings at cine.
the queue was sooooo lloonngg that we decided no she decided not to watch any movie.
cos someone was tooooo lazy to queue =p

ok so went to the arcade for awhile. saw this new game!
it was a touch screen game and you had to press certain buttons on the screen in tune with the music! anddddd the songs were from DJ MAX !!!! WOOO

best, must try it some day.hehe

walked around somemore then went over to meet yingying for the gift exchange!
Headed over to seoul garden to eat after that then went centrepoint to walk walk abit.
Left for home at around 10?

bbq food at bedok 85 was gooood
the portion was alittle small but oh well. good food :D

had bbq stingray, satay, sambal kangkong, seafood fried rice, gonggong.
ended off with a nice big cup of sugarcane+lemon :D

steamboat at night. starting was alittle awkward cos i didn't know anybody there except ____.
things got alittle better though at the end (:

maybe go drinking with them next time :D

went for gym and swimming in the morning!
haven swam for so looonnggg. was super tired just after 2 laps la ==

evening went go safra at changi there to celebrate lynn's birthday! :D
food was goood.cake was good.drinks were quite ok. hehe

It just occured to me that changes in humans are really scary, yet inevitable. The change is drastic, yet slowly, and sometimes we don't even realise it ourselves. Sometimes you can see how your used-to-be best friend changing into someone you don't know at all. But many times we don't see ourselves changing into someone else, and we don't even realise that.

I realised as we age, the emotions we feel, we tend to hide them, not letting others read what are we exactly feeling. Babies cry when they are hungry, smile when they're happy. We were once babies, but what is the reason, as we grow, we don't show our tears anymore? Why is it that if we're sad, we still have to put a smile to hide those depressing emotions? Why are we camouflaging our feelings as we grow?

When we were young and we want attention, we cry and do things to seek attention.


When we grow up and want attention from someone,
we go onto MSN,
see if he/she is online,
and don't talk to him/her deliberately,

then stare at the MSN screen,
hoping that he/she talks to us first.

It's weird somehow, I can't find the answers to these questions.
No one taught us to be like that.
It's just weird.

then sunday was the standard chartered marathon!
clocked about 1 hour 5-6mins for my 10km run.
Not bad considering i had skated on friday and saturday and my legs were already WARMED up
on sunday morning.lol
